hi i am an interior design student. i made a simple autocad layout, basically the boundary of a flat for design with no layers. i followed your instructions up to the snap tool and i tried to make the wall, the snap tool didn't work at all! Can you help me?
Couldn't find '' Wall'' as object type :( The closes object Ive got is box but it doesn't work the same or would you recommend tracing with spline. Thanksss
Just one problem I am facing now is while I import and go to 3D viewport while I zoom it goes very far or very near I don’t have control on that could you help me out?
I imported 2d file into 3d but I am unable to see anything in the top view plus all the grid lines are missing even by entering command f4..can u please help me with these?

I exported autocad 3d to 3ds max.. but it is dark colour... ?????
Have u checked your export settings ... u can always change appearance
