Yes you can, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria of DU. I am a PCM student too. You just need to fill english, and all the domain subjects that u studied in class 12. (Physics, chemistry, maths in our case)

You can pursue it. You just have to choose the subjects you have in your class 12 as domain specific from list B1/ B2

No,you can't skip slot 1, because language is a compulsory criterion to get addmission in DU along with PCB....
