Great updates Colin, as always. Regarding nVidia Blackwell delay: you cited both a packaging issue (a challenge for TSMC), which I had heard about, and an architecture problem, which I hadn’t. Do you think the latter involves a chip redesign? If so, that would imply a long delay. Thanks.
Global financial markets have been significantly impacted by SVB's demise, prompting investors to sell off bank equities hastily and reevaluate their interest rate expectations. I am a $350,000 investor who is at a crossroads and wondering if it is wise to hold onto securities that are losing value. I want guidance on the best approaches to maximizing my returns in this negative market.
It is unlikely that the market will experience big gains anytime soon in light of the latest developments involving SVB, therefore it is prudent to set reasonable expectations and get ready for a potentially protracted recovery period. It is advised to postpone making big investment decisions until the economic climate in areas of concern has stabilized. It is best to take precautions and stay out of the current disturbance.
During market downturns, investors should remain committed to reputable companies by maintaining or growing their investments, as well-managed businesses eventually regain their former strength. To find the best entry and exit points for long-term gains from stock appreciation, get advice from a financial expert. Gains from working with an investing advisor can be substantial, as was demonstrated during the pandemic when a gain of $530k in just 8 months was realized.
Finding financial advisors like Lina Dineikiene who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.
None of my trades have been materializing lately mainly b/c when I do my channel trisections of top of the range, middle of the range, and bottom similar to what you do in the technical...whenever I see down trends as we're seeing in a lot of these stocks approaching the middle of the channel it's great but me personally I really I want to buy at the bottom of the channel. But a lot of these stocks are holding at those middle support levels. For example ASML my first price target was 750, my second was 692.5. Preferably wanting 692.5 obviously as the entry point but also recognizing wishful thinking for what it is though stock approached 775 this week on that Monday I believe and it just the support is just so strong at that middle point of the channel in most of these stocks not just ASML. Maybe the middle of the channel is where it's at but it's a patience game I guess. Also recognize I could totally just miss out when you commit to price targets.
Good point. Middle channel could be a light buying opportunity. I like the discipline, I try to wait as well, but one thing about bottom of channel lines is the stock might stay there very briefly - so sometimes it's okay to commit to a slightly higher price.
I shorted SMCI stock in June and closed that short position last week. 52% gain on the short position in less than 2 months. The AI Hype has made this stock much too high. Computer hardware companies do not make much profit. SMCI has enjoyed great revenue growth, but they have not been very profitable, nor created free cash flow. The balance sheet is also getting riskier with the increase in debt.
Remind me when I shorted at 700 and it jumped for no reason to 900s. I quickly cover my shorts when i got down to 700s before ER. 😄 paperhand I guess 20:56

Hehe, I've held bitcoin for a while as I was into online gambling back when it was taking off. Obviously in hindsight wish I had more, but its worth holding.
This guy deserves so many more subs. Always a great analysis, always look forward to your content :)
Thank you Colin. Really great analyses. I wish you could do shows everyday.
How about adding TXN , the Analog Semi giant, into the analysis? Thank you! Your reviews are awesome !

Hi, thanks! Really enjoy your videos! Any chance you consider to add TXN to your analysis? Many thanks!
Whens the video for this week coming?

This is exactly how i wish to get my finances coordinated ahead of retirement. Can I get access to your advisor?

I copied her whole name and pasted it into my browser; her website appeared immediately, and her qualifications are excellent; thank you for sharing.
No show this week?
Thx
Packaging & testing companies scrambling to meet demand for Nvidia Blackwell GPUs
Thanks for your video about these semiconductor-companies 👍 I have a suggestion - KLA Corporation. Maybe any thoughts about that company?
Thanks Colin 👌🫡

Love this show man!
How did they get in the S&P with such low gross margins? Am I missing something?

@@TranThuyvan-v7w Shorting a stock is very risky, but I have believe the AI Hype has stocks trading to high.
Holy shit, Colin incciting metaphorical gang stock violence is brutal. "Visualizing Dr. Lisa Su curbstomping Patrick Gelsinger" 😂😂
Yes - and Dr. Su doing it in stiletto heels 😂😂😂
Good call

I know nothing about trading /investment and l'm keen on getting started. What are some strategies to get started with?
As a beginner, it's essential for you to have a mentor to keep you accountable. I'm guided
by a widely known crypto consultant
Mrs Mary Patricia Hester
This is correct, Mary's strategy has normalized winning trades for me also, and it's a huge milestone for me looking back to how it all started..
Isn't she the same Mrs Mary Patricia Hester neighbors are talking about, she has to be a perfect expect for people to talk about her so well.
Her platform is wonderful, and her services are exceptional
Oh I know, the Lebron haters are just so jealous of his talent!
wow intel will go bankrupt in two years? craps i need to sell intel when i can i guess?
SCR screw these traditional stocks. You should have been dumping every cent into bitcoin the first second you heard about it starting NOW.
