surviving a burnout

This is a video compilation of month when I struggle with working and living my daily life. Frustrated with life not happening the way I want it to and blaming myself for not being able to enjoy it.
I don't know if I am "burnt out". Atleast I think I am.
I hope this video is in hope to reach the audience who can relate.
Also my dear friends, "no motivation to work" and "no motivation to enjoy life" are two different things. I hope you take care of yourself more when you have "no motivation to enjoy life"

I can definitely relate to this. I'm sorry to hear how much you are struggling. I've found myself instead of being productive having to put energy towards just trying to take care of myself physically and make sure I eat enough each day. It's disheartening but I try to comfort myself and still feel proud of taking care of myself on a basic level when things are so hard. Wishing you all the best and hope that we can both find and hold on to more motivation and energy in the future
