What is better for Keratoconus? Intacs or Rings, which method stops more Keratoconus from progressing more faster and can I see good without glasses. I have RDG lenses and I dont like wearing lenses I hope I dont have to wear them again after this

Mam/sir I have kertoconous too my left eye bcva with spax 6/18 and corneal curvature 60d and my eye minimum thickness 421 micron can I get 6/6 or 6/9 spax bcva with intect
