Polly - I simply adore your videos about TALLINN! You really love your town and know how to present it! Could you make a video of where to stay apart from the big hotels? Merchant house appartments?
I've been following your channel for a long time and love the hosting style of the hosts and am fascinated by Tallinn. I am currently working as an IT programmer in China and hope to find a job or study in Tallinn sometime to experience a different cultural life.❤️
I am loving watching your videos. I am thinking of staying in Telliskivi in Hektor Container Hotel mid June. I am a little nervous as new concept for me. Any advice welcomed. Also is the area safe at night for sole open minded female in their 50s please?
I think you'll love Telliskivi area. This area is buzzing on a warm summer night. You'll find plenty of places to eat out or have drinks. The seafront is not far, Old Town is not far etc. Whole of Tallinn is safe. If you act responsively yourself, it's difficult to find trouble (I think). Hektor Container hotel is lovely as well!
It's around 30 to 40 min walk. I would suggest to go along Põhja pst, then on to Kopli street on to Reisijate tee and along that to Telliskivi. Do bear in mind that the port area has some construction works going on this summer. Alternatively you can take the bus no 2 from A terminal at the port and ride two stops to Balti Jaam stop and walk from there.
I'm coming to Tallinn the last week of September for 3 or 4 days. So far, Telliskivi definitely on my to-do list as well as the medieval pharmacy visit. Very interesting vegetable wine exists somewhere! I wonder if they make wine out of cucumber, carrots, spinach, or broccoli? I enjoy your videos. One of your videos mentioned the availability of electric car rental? Where would that be? Thank you for sharing and taking the time to make them!
May i ask you when its the best time to visit Telliskivi? I mean...the morning light is Better for the street art but i se seen music, gin and night vibes as weel
Really depends on the season. In the summer Telliskivi is buzzing with people in the evenings and the light is still pretty good (especially in August). So if you plan to visit over the summer period, I would prefer evening time.
I think you are right, it might be actually pepperoncini. I was so excited for the burger that didn't pay much attention to the toppings! It was very delicious nevertheless!
Your videos are superb. I will be researching all your videos for my visit to Tallinn in May👍🏻👏🏻✌🏻🤙🏻
Good informative article presentation on Estonian city

Awesome video
I took a journey from Tallinn to Riga and both cities were really cool! This is probably the best place in Tallinn that I liked to hang out!
Hi I am also doing Tallinn to Riga by bus and would welcome any tips please
@@SL-bw1vo I’d recommend not taking Lux express or an overnight bus. Otherwise, you should be good to go.

Can you walk from the cruise terminal to Telliskivi or is it a long way, I am in a wheelchair and have help to push me?

Sevral places rent electric cars. You can check this: elmorent.ee/en/
Or rent a car through the Bolt app: bolt.eu/en-ee/drive/
Like! And watch it later

@@drox48 Sun sets around 21.00 so you'll have plenty of time in the evenings. The light around sunset can be pretty good :).
@@VisitTallinn Sounds fantastic!
That is not a jalapeno on that burger. Looks more like a pepperoncini.
