When we're just running around in Duscae he sneezes a lot, but not as much as when there's chocobos around. Ignis and Prompto probably have the most distant friendship. To my knowledge, I don't remember any battle banter between the two (Gladio tells him to look alive I think, stay on his feet and WAKE UP XD And Noct is just Noct), they barely have any casual banter either (Prompto joking about Gladio's size, Prompto teasing Noct in general). My only time of interaction between the two (before Altissia... ; - ;) is one time I'm hopping about looking for a map scrap and suddenly Prompto asks Ignis if he had any childhood dreams. Ignis simple said "My childhood aspirations? Hmm..." and NEVER answered him. Prompto felt it go awkward and replied that he didn't have to answer if he didn't want to.
In that quest in the swamp that you do after you get on the train, if you look behind you long enough you'll see Prompto helping Ignis up whenever he stumbles and falls, Prompto pretty much tries to stick close to Iggy most of the time. I thought it was super sweet.

"While cooking became one of his duties as a caretaker for Noctis, Ignis considered it as "merely dabbling in the craft," though was encouraged to improve after hearing Prompto's praise when he sampled Noctis's dinner one night." and, "Ignis takes pride in his cooking, being offended when Prompto states he is looking forward to Iris's (or anyone else's) meals." Source: FFXV Ignis wiki, and this info was taken from the canonical short prologue to the game. So while Noctis is the one who made Ignis interested in cooking, you can thank Prompto for turning him into a full blown Cooking Mama.
I think it was actually mentioned by the creators that he sneezes like that because he's always cold due to favoring little clothing compared to the others, and that if he sneezes while Noctis is fishing, it can scare all the fish away😅😂
Idk if it's just me but after the part where iggy kind of pushed promptos face away he was like talking non stop until the near end 😂 tbh when you annoy your mom while driving and she starts lecturing you about safety 😂

It's definitely a possibility. I never have music playing in the car when driving somewhere (just because I find the hum of the engine soothing).......and I've gotten a pretty diverse amount of driving animations. Since I've never had music playing in the car I don't know whether they're limited to silent driving moments. Give it a shot and see if you get a new animation!
