You're right, had Nate went after Leon immediately after that punch he would have finished him. He allowed Leon 2-3 seconds to gather himself and hold on.

Leon should of been champ 3 yrs sooner. Injuries. He will be considered the GOAT or in the talk at least. Most underrated fighter today. Only 1 I see beating him is Bo. And that's 3 yrs down the line.

the taunting has nothing to do with what they are saying. Nate is doing that to give himself time away from the actual fight because he is getting hurt. All that taunting should be an indication to Edwards that the guy is in Pain. He should've pressured Diaz with some more kicks. Diaz in the other hand should take the punishment but push forward hands up to get the clinch. He should be in Leon's face, within striking distance, to force Leon to empty the gas tank. Of course, it is easy said than done, but if you are not going to quit and you know you are going to get hit anyways, You might as well make it dirty which is the true battle of wills..

I guess you should listen to him more than me. There is a huge difference between the Will to fight between a man and a woman. Ronda has no chance. The Tiger doesn't have the will to fight because he has evolved to avoid damage because it is a loner. It can't afford to be hurt. The Lion in the other hand has the will to fight. It knows that losing the pride means losing everything, Including its life. The lion was born to be a boss and he will always be there to show you.
