Recently found the podcast and enjoying it! Thanks guys. I disagree that Robby is a “meaner” version of Johnny. To me he always seemed like a sweet kid (but very angry) who would put up a mean front (particularly towards Johnny, understandably). Other than that he was never a bully, didn’t physically attack/injure anyone on purpose, handled the s1 All Valley with honor, and never became the caricature “no mercy” cultish type Cobra Kai student (whilst most of these kids did, even Miguel). And Robby had the worst of the worst (Silver and Kreese), yet he still thought for himself when it mattered and left on his own. Not even Johnny in the OG KK movie became as brainwashed as some of the CK kids. What happened at the school was an accident. He was the only one trying to stop the fight. Given how and where they were fighting - either one could’ve fallen over. Tory did as well, but luckily she was fine.
