Sorry but 5k down, 500.mo? That math is really weird. You are financing 46979.00 at like 10.5% or about 3x a national average for land loans. Course you don't need the larger down payment. This is why I like Lukes deals, 1-20 acres and you can find a way to afford something within any budget. Then again maybe someone else looks at this deal and it's great to them.
Arron doesn't have horrible cash prices but to finance, ouch....
I think he is saying pay cash please but if you must I'll do this for financing.
