Not sure which version you have, but in version 6 or 7 (and maybe earlier versions too), there's a "Speed" button right above the video timeline that you can click to adjust the speed up or down.

Ahh!!! Why is it so complicated XD I'm trying to learn this in one day haha wish me luck... I'm failing haha the video really helps I got most of the parts down on 50% but 100% is way to fast
It's scary how quickly you get used to the 50% speed voice!! I can currently dance about half of it at 50%, but 100% is way too fast!! I am determined to conquer this dance though :D
