Sir but what if it is like I love my work very much but also I love to spend time with my closed ones sometimes want to think about anything that me time, I love to do everything of it not oly one thing my entire life!!! Datz when work life balance comes! Practically when I think your at the time of your father, he had a wife who would be taking care of his other life aspects, his wife raised their childrens, be with his family, her in laws, basically she was managing the whole other stuff!!! So man was taking care of work n women was taking care of their lives!!! Den there was no problem But obviously today it is not the case!! Everyone regardless of the gender needs n loves to have their career!!! Then how to manage household work, giving time to loved ones n at the same time being financially independent!! How that can be made possible??? That was the question sir!! I feel you got the question other way!! N the answer how to make time for everything you love I feel that's an art, love whatever you do, it may be work it may be life!! Hi madam I can relate with your feelings and empathise your situation as am facing same conflicts in mind area and physically.. My understanding is prioritise our feelings health and inevitable throwing present situation by surrender in prayers or meditation or seeing things in bigger picture or meeting ppl and knowing about them facing dreadful situations... Like I see ketto advertisement fully without skipping and trying to understand life without too much depression.. So that we develop detached attachment always and mainly trying to do things in most chittasuddhi level attaining yoga in the most loved work . .
