Hi there first of all I love all you do. Hope someday I can get better watching your videos and learning your techniques. Question. Is your Pallette disposable liners. I buy the ones and they are disposable sheets. Thank you
❤❤❤ Великолепная работа! Восхититильная!!! Люблю наблюдать за вашими работами! Ваши руки - это руки Бога Творящие Красоту доя людей! Учусь на ваших картинах... ❤❤❤
Beautiful painting! I would love to see a reference photo as you work though. It would help to understand how color, tone and composition are worked out as you paint.
I have been admiring your work for years. I used to live in CA by Newport Beach. Now in NY with miserable winters and missing my ocean. I paint too and here’s my big question, typically how long does it take you to complete your seascapes? I know different size and detail matters but an average time? It takes me so long, like a couple months to get it right. I’ve sold some but never close to what my time is worth. Anyway, thank you and God bless you for sharing your talent and God’s beauty.
Hi Laura, thank you for your support! On average a 36x24” seascape takes me 3-4 sessions x4 hours, I don’t really paint many details, but prefer create an illusion of detail and movement.
@@EvaVolf Wow. Amazing! I probably work 6 hours x 10 or 20 sessions. I switched to acrylics for a while and that’s faster but I prefer oil. I do a lot of blending and fine detail like photo realism but truly prefer your style. I’ve been painting for 50 years. And No matter how hard I try to be fluid and free, I end up fussing and taking too long. Lol
Thank you! Yes, this one was done in one sitting. Usually I work on larger canvases and add more details and layers, which takes 3-4 sessions x 4-5 hours each
@@EvaVolf gotcha! Thx!! I use acrylic so I will attempt this in acrylic lol I know it looks much more realistic in oils. I’ve tried in the past but water n clouds I seem to have trouble with making look like I want…

Thank you for working so hard so that you can share your knowledge and expertise with us. If I may ask, what brand (s) of oil paints are you using?
Hi Jim, you’re welcome! I use Gamblin colors and Windsor & Newton
LOVELY STUFF….CAN I ASK WHYYOU DON’T USE A LARGER BRUSH FOR BLOCKING IN ?
I could’ve, it’s just not a very big canvas, so that one was enough
