For those who didn’t understand the concept, what I got from watching this video is that they both found out that she is going to die soon where he is sadden by the thoughts whereas she is trying to let him understand the fact that we cannot run from impermanence. He cuts his hair to support her where we get confused, thinking that he is the one with cancer but he is not. We find him sad all the time as he cannot accept the truth. She tries her best to make him live the life as she knows that he will be always missing her when she’s no more. She enjoys her last days with him, all the time making him feel at ease and then we find him crying where we know that she’s gone. Tadaaaaaaa

The female embodies two concepts; first death when she's wearing black and love/compassion when she's wearing red (which fleets at the end).
