Protip, put a Low ESR 1000 uF cap across your battery when you use 18650 batteries. The voltage should be about twice the voltage of the battery pack. You will get tighter bass at lower volumes and less muffling in the high end when bass is present. You are welcome.
I don't know if the low esr is important, but it is what most battery powered amps use, so I guess it would be or they wouldn't use it.

Excellent work! This DIY has everything Amplifier, Bluetooth, Voltmeter, 18650 and Battery Charge module! But one gripe is that you may add an battery indicator and Buck Converter for smooth, precise power supply to the Amplifier and Bluetooth module!

I have also did something similar from a cardboard box. I used a mp3 Bluetooth module and pam. Power bank is nice and handy many times. Very easy way to do Good work!
