Bauer the Rolls Royce cinema projectors very rare to see left hand projector, I noticed there is no dowser for lamp house unless I missed it.... Well Done...!!!
Left-handed projector models are relatively rare ones. Thought to be hard threading film to the film path by a projectionist got used to operate more common right-handed models at the first time. But very nice projector set-up for private use. I've been owned a Bauer B5 model projector body with modifications for home use without heavy original steel pedestal and lamphouse. Good German cine-tech quality. How did you get a sharp Cinemascope picture on the screen with so short distance? Did you use a anamorphic lens with low focal lenght?
I can't say for sure, but it looks like a "Rectimascop 48/2X" made by VEB Rathenow at the DDR - similiar ones may have been build at countries at the Eastern Bloc. The main use of those was 16mm projection, but they work fine for 35mm as well. But the quality has been bad as most socialist-product have been. If you are looking for a short distance CS solution today, I would look into i.e. the latest ISCO products (red and blue series). I have been working at a cinema till this summer, that has been running Bauer B8 machines at 3 screens, the last one was retired in March this year in order of digitalisation, I still own the projection & sound head for memory. :)
Looking the lens closely in the video it seems to be a Rathenower Optische Werke lens product. I recognized its lock and focus adjust ring shape. I have a Rectimascop IV 64/2x anamorphic lens attachment intendet for 35 mm film projection with minimun focus ring adjustment for 8 metres. I have two more anamorphic attachment lenses, a Carl Zeiss Anamorphot 2x 64 and an Isco Optic Cinemascope 2X Ultra Star * HD (yellow series from 90's). All of those lenses are designed for 35 mm film projection. The Isco attachment I've not tested this far for projection of 16 mm movie films at very short distance about 3 m/9.8 ft. But the two older cinemascope lens attachments mentioned previously didn't throw a satisfying sharp picture on screen both in vertical and horizontal geometric shape direction.
bazıları lamba hakında bilgi almak istiyor ben projection cihazından çıkma lamba kullandım ve onun ateşlemesini kullandım ondan böyle güçlü ışık çıkıyor.benim video mu seyrettiğiniz için teşekkür ederim
