how to adjust the screen size at the remote computer? Every time when I TeamViewer to a remote computer, the screen is very small.
hi there, once you are connected, click on View > Screen resolution then choose your preferred resolution but this depends on the device if it supports the resolution you want.

Question. A paypal scammer got to a family member. He had her go to a link, it wasnt anydesk tho. It was something else, like ppl1backl and he gave her 4 digits to enter. She did. And i was there to quickly close the tab before this person took over. She didnt open the download, and the mouse didnt move at all. I turned off the computer, and later deleted the download. The scammer asked if she saw exe at bottom of screen. Is she still at risk?

Once the hacker gains access to your computer then the very first thing they will do is install malware. These programs can be easily spread through the whole network, which means all the devices in the network will be infected.
@@IgoroTech-Official are you saying this is 100% or a possibilty? He wanted her to do 1 more thing. I didnt see the mouse move. I checked whats running in task manager, the start ups. So any thing i should look for?

@@c.518 If you managed to end the session before he/she installed something then it's good. However, I suggest you still need to do a full scan on your devices specifically the devices he/she remote in.
