You have mastered the art of privacy as an influencer. Watching these videos, they are full and detailed while not disclosing anything personal in regards to your family and other interactions. Your ability to do this is so respectable. So many influencers put everybody in their life on camera which has to be a lot of pressure for family and friends when they may not always feel like being on camera when they interact with them. Much respect.
How you know they are being pressure? . I would think that if someone doesn’t want to be on camera they would have that option . I wouldn’t be surprise if people are forced to do it just to get views .i am one of those people who want to be nosy lol .I do understand that they need to keep some things private .

When you said you haven’t encountered anyone stuck up in Paris it’s because you speak their language. I think that it’s important when we travel to know basic words and phrases to communicate with the people of the country. It’ll shows them that you appreciate their language and culture. To be honest we Americans are the ones that appear stuck up because we expect everyone to know our language.

That's why when I go. I'm going to learn the language. That goes for any place I want to visit overseas. I think as Americans. It's really arrogant of us to expect them to ALL speak English.

I am not saying that it isn't a good idea to learn the language or phrases in the local language, but I've spent so much time in Paris, Italy and other parts of Europe that I wouldn't say that people should feel that they can't visit a country unless they speak the language because they'll be treated rudely.
The French people more likely don't like struggling through a conversation with someone that acts like they automatically are fluent in English.
However, unlike Italy many French people say in Paris speak English especially in shops, hotels, bars etc. And they are interested in learning English.
My spouse is an Italian citizen but was born in Cameroon. Many of the Italians do not speak English, but they don't get ignorant with you if you aren't fluent in Italian.
We spent time in Montreal this summer where they speak Quebecois French, Again, people we encountered just in our travels were friendly and not at all ignorant. Yes my hubby speaks fluent Feenxh, Italian and English but I've traveled
To all of
those places alone too.

I remember you saying you learned french. It's so cool seeing you interact & actually hold a good conversation with them in their language. It's definitely motivating me to pick up my spanish lessons again before I go.

I love when travelers make an effort to speak the language of they country they are visiting. It is super fun for me when I travel to interact in the native tongue. I can't wait to brush the rust off my French. 😋 Congratulations!!! And thanks for a fun video.

I like how private you are with your family. I keep forgetting that you already have kids and a husband but most people still don’t know this because they are never on camera with you. I want to be this private. Enough to get my information across but private enough where barely anyone knows my private family life.

It looked so good. I booked first class earlier this year domestically. I absolutely would not want to fly any other way. 💞💕

This vlog made me smile! Kim you look amazing carrying your twin blessings. When I carried my twins I was always out of breath lol, it takes alot to bring two babies into the world at once. Glad yall enjoyed your " baby moon" before your twins arrive. Also its beautiful how your trip came full circle with your pregnancy. The Most High always has everything constantly unfolding for us in perfect order.

Loved Paris for decades, nothing like it. From 1988, 1992, 1998, 2004, 2011 and 2018. So glad l visited and live there before smartphones and SOCIAL MEDIA. HUGE DIFFERENT.BUT Paris. Is NEVER BORING. VERSAILLES IS A MUST SEE...for any American! Victor Hugh is one of my favorite writer, The Hunchback of Notre Dame classic was a childhood classic. They more knowledge you have of France the more interesting this country is.

I just returned from a city break in Paris on Bastille day weekend. I’ve not visited Paris for over 15 years. The Parisians I met were friendly, approachable and very helpful I definitely think attempting to speak French helps but I think France has an unfair reputation sometimes. I met a few older people they were lovely and told me I was at the wrong bus stop to get to the Eiffel Tower😂
Side note: Kim please do some maternity grwm!!! I’m pregnant too… having a hard time putting these fits together and finding good pieces!!! 🙏🏾

I took it in my elementary school. Hadn’t spoken it since I was like 8/9. Was able to help a native French speaker at the airport who couldn’t speak any English years later at 25. I was so proud of myself bc I couldn’t even believe I remembered as much as I did. It just flowed out. Even impressed my colleague. I need to pick it all the way back up, though.
