I feel like we've come full circle... He's a Nazi cyborg version of Guile. But Guile was an American version of Stroheim, the Nazi cyborg from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. (or at the very least his look) ...In other words, Electro-Soldat is basically the 2D fighting-game version of Stroheim.
From what I remember, canonically the motors they use take energy from their bodies whenever they use them, especially in his arcade mode where after beating Murakumo he collapses from exhaustion and ends up dying before finishing him.
@@toast2343 it's kind of funny how come the personality paralleling the 2 Soldats in ABK and EEPW lead to the opposite end paths. One becomes the exact same as his superiors and pays the consequences. The other leaves and decided to make a choice of his own.
