They are quick to pick things in the meta and team synergy is there and then the inevitable fall of Rogue comes along as usual. For laning phase armut is maybe top 5 in top laners but his teamfight capability is probably the best in lec top laners. Sometimes he is not winning matchups he should have win and thats a real issue about him. Then when it comes to teamfights he can solocarry some of them.
Like, 99% of the people saying Perkz is deadlast or worse than last are obviously trolling. In all honestly, he is pretty well rated amongst community. Dunno how he doesn't notice this
