    SO Strange! im blown away! I Live in Gloucester, yet my knowledge of ocean navigation is sub par. I must thank you to the moon and back for your effort making these videos. I have learned more in 5 videos then my past 26 years.

    is it easier to obtain bearing of celestial body in order to find unknown star ?

      Hello Vladimir, indeed, using a Starfinder or other tool will rely on orienting the device on a certain bearing to help you determine what star you observe. It can be tricky when partly cloudy especially.
