  • [Recorded 7-23-19] This is it. This is the final video from Reno, NV. After a very long journey through my backlog, this will be my last post from Reno on this channel for a while. This is the last tower here at the Peppermill. I'm not sure if the formal name of this tower is the Naples Tower, but that's what I'm calling it. These are weird. I believe these are full Montgomery elevators that were installed using US floor indicators. Here is my support. Everything about these shows clear signs of 90s Monties. The older Innovation, rubber squeaky bumpers, MAC door equipment, and door tracks are all Montgomery related. Now when it comes to the floor indicators, they're definitely the older US digital indicators. I believe these were installed with those. The exterior directional lanterns on the first few floors have them too, and there's no way they cut a hole and wired it in on every single lantern. Anyways, feel free to argue my points, but my opinion isn't changing XD. These run fabulously (not) but the older white Innovation is probably the main attraction here! These are currently the only elevators I know of with these fixtures. They're very very cool! Even the keyswitches are white! Very nice elevators! I hope you all have enjoyed my Reno content!

Wow! Those innovation buttons do look rare! At first, I thought these are Montgomery KONE for a sec, but nope nvm, they're MontyStates, another elevator company I have never heard of. lol

    Awesome, hoping they’re still original?

I totally agree this is all original. But I wonder if this was a 3rd party install. Both US and Monty had various 3rd party installers over the years. I kinda think that would explain how both companies would be involved in an original install. (I'm pretty sure I heard US limit switches too.)
