Its population is very less thats why, to be honest I don't blame only Indians for dirty streets because the gigantic population and small area is not very easily manageable, but yes, the fact that the government has not done anything for the problem is shameful
Only South Indian States are clean and developed somewhat, otherwise most North Indian States are garbage yards including Kashmir too. We need to match the cleanliness standards of Western countries or east asian countries so we can improve our basic life.
