5 simple principles from the Seerah summarised by Dr Yasir Qadhi 1. This world is a world of tests. It is not the trial that dictates if it is a curse or blessing; it is our response to it. 2. Iman does not stop us from feeling the pain, tears and emotions. And if we feel them, it doesn't mean that we do not have iman. 3. Iman brings about courage and comfort, and it helps us to cope and move on. 4. Never give up. Never allow the pain and tragedy to stop you in your tracks. The Seerah teaches us to move on till our last breath. 5. There are things that we can do - quran, dzikir, doa, tahajjud to help us cope with this. Thank you Dr Yasir Qadhi

I advise you to recite this Dua that the Prophet SAW advised a Sahabi who was in heavy debt to recite the dua goes as follows الهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم و الحزن و أعوذ بك من العجز والكسل وأعوذبك من الجبن والبخل واعوذ بك من غلبة الدين وقهر الرجال after being consistent in reciting this Dua the Sahabi told the Prophet SAW that Allah SWT removed my debt and more barakah came into my sustenance May Allah Ta'ala alleviate you're sufferings and give you ease and comfort in this life and in the hereafter Ameen.

Al syrah is not Koran it is written by human being like you 200 years after death of Mohamed peace with him.koran is your reference Koran is the supreme book above all books.
