It was so weird watching this because I remember when this Chanel started off, I subscribed pretty early, and I was still a kid. Now I’m finishing up my fourth year of college, and living on my own, and watching this show while I take a shower, remember how I used to watch this show in the living room with my buddy’s during a sleep over and my mom cooking dinner. Crazy
TriRule me too, I remember watching this in the summer of 2011 , where they had the puppet (molly? lol) I was in 8th grade now 4th year of college also
They made an American version of the first book and movie and changed philosopher's stone to sorcerer's stone and they changed a few words in the book as well to appeal to the American audience
According to the Atlantic Timeline, since I was born in 1984, I've never lived in a world without the Disney channel...which would explain why I'm a Disney fanatic. LOL
Tell that to the liquor store. At the very least, you’re not a real adult until 21, but even then, mentally your not an adult. Like I said, I’m over 50 and I don’t even feel like a real adult.
I lived in the Murder House. I escaped the Asylum. I protected the Coven. I attended the Freak Show. I checked into the Hotel. I experienced the Roanoke Nightmare. I joined a Cult. And now I'm surviving the Apocalypse.
This is so cool! I'm gonna go check out the Atlantic Timeline now. We often forget things that happen in our lifetime, and there's a disconnect between some events, just because we were so young, or because we're so accustomed to the change/s that it doesn't phase us. Really cool to look at these things in hindsight, and to learn a little about what was going on in our youth that we maybe didn't pick up on
Honestly how long has the youtube logo been like that because I still think of the first one with the red square "tube" and genuinely haven't noticed this one.
My sister graduated in 1985, and she could go outside during lunch and smoke!!! Cut to me many years later, same city, we weren't even allowed to go outside on this patio outside the cafeteria at all, and if they happened to see a pack of cigarettes in your car in the parking lot as they walked by, 3 days of ALC, which was in-school suspension!!! I don't smoke, but that's a complete dictatorial turnaround!!
I have always wanted you guys to react to the poem, “To This Day” by Shane Koyczan. It’s a really great poem and I have loved it for years, but nobody really knows about it. It would be great to see you guys react to it but if you don’t that is totally fine. It was just a thought. Anyways, I really like you guys and I really enjoy your videos❤️👌🏼
What I find sad is that younger people now will never experience a BBS. That's what we did before the internet was really a thing, or even a big thing. It was mostly just people from your local community, who dialed into what was usually just some dude's computer in a garage somewhere. You could share files, post messages, play text-based games, etc. Some of my best teen memories revolved around those experiences.
My life can be split into two halves, before and after spotify. I use spotify every day. It's crazy to me that I was born before spotify was a thing because I can't imagine not having a spotify account now.
That website says I am one of the first person that have never lived in a world without American idol but I have never got obsessed with that show till now.
I have never lived in a world without the World Wide Web, it was from the year before I was born and Mean Girls was released when I became a teenager, no one at my school looked like the people in Mean Girls for the way people dressed
I'm one of the first people who has never lived in a world without Google. My life can be divided in two halves, before and after iPhones. Hollywood thought The Perks of Being a Wallflower was what teenagers looked like the year I became one.
I juz checked on The Atlantic Timeline, and saw I m the first people who's never lived in a world without Pokémon, that is soooo true, like i literally grew up with Pokemon lol
Man, it's crazy to think how things were before I was born when a lot of the things I know didn't exist and even how it's changed in my 22 years of life.
First of all, I didn’t realize Tyler the Creator was the same age as me. Second of all, he co-founded a company at age 16...I was terrified I wasn’t gonna graduate...
I remeber the ds(i had the ds lite) i swear me and my friends texted and talked about the games we have on our teacher actually let us bring our ds to school because he wanted us to do teambuilding and talk to each other while playing games(i miss that) now im in my senior year(11th grade)uhh memories🤗😆
whats everyone first vivid memory of youtube? I remember i found tobuscus and his literal trailers, i ended up spending hours burning through them and I was hooked.
I used to bring a sony cd player at the school with a SanDisk mp3 in 2006 just before someone gave me an iPod shuffle 1gn for Christmas! I hated the shuffle because I couldn't see the titles of the music.
No. You were born after good music by a decade. Unless you listen to something other than the current pop stations, you've never heard good music. Sorry.
In year I've born the migration of the ARPANET to TCP/IP was officially completed (this is considered to be the beginning of the true Internet). Ronald Reagan was president of the USA, Andropov was gensec of the USSR. IBM PC XT just appeared. Still feeling as a kid... just a kid traveled through the time to this moment =_= it's sooooooooooooooooooooooooo weird..

I'd love to see this series with the elders. Can you imagine all the world events they've lived through? That's got to be an interesting one!
T Tabbada yes!
This is so weird. Google and RUclips basically raised me😂
The philosophers stone is the original version, the sorcerers stone is the American version
Sir Squidey yeah ikr

Joosua Anttila umm a lotta people lol
If they told me I was reacting to my lifetime, I would’ve been like “k get the tissues and popcorn, it’s gonna be long and depressing”
Alex oof
What do you mean this is the British version it’s a British book and film
They made an American version of the first book and movie and changed philosopher's stone to sorcerer's stone and they changed a few words in the book as well to appeal to the American audience
It was re-titled in the US to "and the Sorcerer's Stone"
One of many reasons I love this channel is that it is not just entertaining but it's always teaching me new things. Thank you!
not ''the british version'' its the actual version *
This man is correct
"Y'all in cahoots with my mom or something?" 0:10 The video barely started and Brandon already got me 😂😂😂
Always one of my favorite reactors among FBE. Even with reactions on music he should know something about, but claims he doesn't ^^
Being born in 1990, I feel really old having a girl born in 1998 in the "Adults" react section
Daniel Rieger I was born in ‘68. You think you feel old now? Give it a few more years...Whoosh! 😉
Wait, hold up. Tori and I were both born in 1998?!? She looks like she's in her mid 20s and here I am, looking like I'm 15.
Leo Joe same
Leo Joe she looks 18
"British version" you mean the correct version 😉
Get over yourself.

03:48 Is that not 'The Charmed' theme song playing with 'The Craft'? I feel old at 23....
Yep! Love Spit Loves cover of the Smiths 'How Soon Is Now?' was used in The Craft before it was in Charmed.
the song is originally from the movie's soundtrack, charmed was inspired by it
According to the Atlantic Timeline, since I was born in 1984, I've never lived in a world without the Disney channel...which would explain why I'm a Disney fanatic. LOL
It would have been cool if it was edited in chronological order from older to youngest.
*lets be real* we all looked up that website after we watched the vid and are shook by the results
Wait. A girl born in 1998 is an adult now? I was 31 when she was born and I can barely adult today!
Well you do become a young adult when you turn 18
And she’s 20
Tell that to the liquor store. At the very least, you’re not a real adult until 21, but even then, mentally your not an adult. Like I said, I’m over 50 and I don’t even feel like a real adult.
Omg this just made me feel better! I'm about to be 21 in December and I'm scared not excited 😭 I don't wanna adult yet, I still feel like a child lmao
Lowkey wanna see the elders react to this

That’s the British version... it’s a Britain film
she meant the title, in Britain it’s called the philosophers stone and in the usa it’s called the sorcerers stone
"The british version" the correct version
Thank you for sharing this. it really makes you realise how much the world has changed since we were kids
i went on the website and my life can be divided into two halves: before and after instagram.
me too sis
I'm pretty old. That website said that when I was born, the first wheel was carved out of a rock.
This is so cool! I'm gonna go check out the Atlantic Timeline now. 0:58 when she said that I was like “obviously” and now I’m just thinking of Snape😭😭
Honestly how long has the youtube logo been like that because I still think of the first one with the red square "tube" and genuinely haven't noticed this one.
heyimrafter It changed in 2017
