WINTER WEATHER ADVISORIES have been issued in two parts of the state this morning.
Beginning this afternoon in Eastern Indiana, towns including Richmond and Connersville can expect rain and freezing rain plus hazardous conditions for driving into early tomorrow morning. Another advisory includes the northern third of the state including Logansport and Peru.
Here in Indianapolis, action starts after 3 p.m. when a warm front slides through the city. We could see a bit of freezing rain and sleet but mainly rain. Icy conditions could be an issue east and north of the Metro area so drive carefully.
