Food = I will be there. ( honestly, I'm surprised that Ride to Food's channel name wasn't taken before she started, because I'm all about food when I'm going on rides). I loved watching this! You guys were having so much fun and it looks like such a positive experience. I like Jocelin's description towards the end after taking y'all out to her friend's property and seeing you following along behind with the confidence and skills you'd worked on. I was just imagining a very proud mother duck with her little ducklings trailing along behind on their first foray into open water. My wife and I have been considering getting into some more off-road type adventures, and taking a class with her seems like it'd be a great way to find out if that's something we really want to invest time and money into before we buy a pair of dirt bikes or trade our current sport tourers (though the CB500X could just be modified) for more adventure-oriented bikes. Thanks for another fantastic, well-told adventure. It's definitely inspiring me to get out and do the thing.
So when this video started, I was watching it on my TV in my office and my wife comes in to ask me a question. With this on, she instantly got engulfed in your experience of this challenge and ended up watching the rest of the video with me. Thank you for the show and she wanted to let you know how she enjoyed your video. Until next time, have fun and be safe.
I love seeing your video of Doodle and Jocelyn Snow training. I am a Doodle Fan and Subscribe to her channel. Nice seeing you on her channel several different times when you two were at same place...
Amanda, you are not alone when it comes to the mental stuff. It happens to me so much, when I’m in a group ride and feel like I should be doing better, I can get pretty down on myself. You are a champ, and I think it’s so awesome you are open about the challenges you face on your channel, because I can totally relate! ❤❤❤
Looks like you guys had lots of fun. You've just inspired me to go do my parking lot exercises; figure 8s, circles, u turns, straight lines as slow as possible, etc that I haven't done in a few months.
Fantastic video ! Well done , showing how much there is to be learned from a professional coach. Looks like a lot of fun as well, thanks for bringing us along !
This video was amazing. I was seriously almost in tears when Jocelin was saying she believes in you after you had your wobble with anxiety - I relate to that so much. Seeing you recollect yourself and snap out of that headspace to carry on is so inspirational. The fact you wanted to try the blindfold challenge again shows haow brave you are too. And doing this on a DCT seems like it would be way more difficult. Looks like it was an amazing experience for you
"Food = I will be there" - Great video Amanda. Wow, what an opportunity to get coaching from Jocelin. She's an amazing rider and a little ball of enthusiasm and energy.
I respect you a lot for doing this. It takes a lot of courage do be vulnerable with skills and learn in front of an audience. On top of that, you're with somebody who has done a good amount of these exercises before, even though I can tell Doodle is also very supportive and is just generally a great person. Whenever y'all make videos like this it always inspires me to go out and practice too.
Amanda!!!! I’m SO IMPRESSED!!! You were so amazing. I know you were scared with that blindfolded exercise but you did it! Thanks for sharing it. All of it… being transparent about the panic attack with the teeter totter (I totally would have freaked out too!). Love Jocelin such an awesome encouraging coach! “Food = I will be there”
The worst thing about watching your videos is you make me wanna try things I am not sure I sure be doing. That looked like so much fun and I love the raw honesty of struggles.
Amazing to see three average sized women handling three different large ADV bikes. And one without a clutch! Well done and inspirational to women and men alike.
Amanda you killed it! Fantastic. So much of this riding is a mind game and I hope you realize and appreciate how well you took to the instruction. Could see your confidence in your positioning. You nailed the blind exercises. Great video, Jocelin rocks!
Fantastic production Amanda, was fun to watch this. I listened to Jocelin Snow's sort of life story when she was interviewed on Adventure Rider Radio podcast years ago. Such a firecracker of determination.
DCT is certainly a huge factor in slow maneuvering. I've known instructors who changed over to the DCT and have found it takes a totally different approach to slow maneuvering. You did great and thanks for sharing!!!
Yay! Thank you for the inspiration 🙏 Jocelin always makes me feel everything is possible. I haven’t been able to figure out dates for this training for a couple of years, and finally got it scheduled! 💙💃
Awesome to hear her reference a twist of the wrist. It's one of the first riding books I ever read. And how special to get coaching from such an accomplished rider! Oh yeah and food=I will be there
I’ve come to accept that motorcycling should involve continuing education. Jocelin is an amazing and supportive teacher, but Doodles and Amanda are teaching here too. Thanks guys.,
Thank you SO much for admitting that things can still be hard for you as an experienced rider (in reference to the teeter totter). I'm a new rider (about 1 year) and I'm having so much fun but I feel like I should be able to do things that I really know I'm not ready for. I've ridden in Moab, Utah around and in Canyonlands NP and the some of the off road trails north of Arches NP. The sand is extremely difficult for me, as well as the trails with an extreme drop off to the side. Your comment about your brain shutting down is exactly what I feel sometimes. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making me feel just a little bit better about the "brain shut down!!!".
That was amazing, we never stop learning. The teeter totter would have put me in a rage. That was way above my skill set. Whole other level, hats off Amanda and doodle. You girls rock! Hello from still snowy Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 😀
Wow looks like it was a great time and learned some new things!! What a great adv skills class with Jocelin Snow and Doodle on Motorcycle too. Glad y’all had a good time!! Cheers to y’all and have a one!!! Pizza = I will be there!
I’ve been riding since 2007 and I still have ZERO confidence. Confidence is the most crucial thing to riding. If you don’t have it, self doubt and anxiety can creep in. You guys did AWESOME and I’d love to be able to get formal training. Food = I’ll be there!
The instructor seems like a solid rider. I still struggle with my bike and I’m a much taller rider than her. She has a brutal level of confidence and knowledge.
wow, what a great video! like obviously the training was awesome to see, but i really loved the videography and story telling in this video! i loved seeing the challenges and wins. thanks for sharing it with us!
That looked like so much fun. And that course is a great space. Thanks for sharing. Training like this creates a more confident and, most important, safer rider. So many skills, so little time.
Ladies you are a real inspiration. I love all the videos with you. Every time I watch your videos, I learn a lot. Not only about riding. Also about personality. Thanks for sharing all this with us. Regards from Germany
I especially liked Jocelin’s reference to Keith Code. I just wrapped up eight track school days with CSS, covering over 900 miles on two tracks. Keith’s positive attitude and dedication to teaching all sorts of riders (for 43 years!) is reminiscent of Jocelin Snow’s obvious love for teaching off road skills to her students. I suggested the blindfold exercise as an on-track drill, but, oddly, it didn’t happen. 😊
I have to admit I am following your videos. All the 3 channels. What a party to be in Jocelyn's hands.🎉 Really enjoyed this episode. You had so much fun after all the blind spots and the rough stuff. And what is more important you girls gained more confidence. Fear is no issue anymore. Whoa I have to plan a visit to Cali to meet her in person and put myself to this type of training. How can I do that being located in Europe, especially Bulgaria? Ride safe and have no fear, cause you are through now.
Excellent instruction in so many ways and with humor to break the tension. What an impressive array of obstacles in a relatively small acreage. Taking notes here.
I’m going to rewatch this video A…LOT. I relate to so many of these moto training moments (anxiety over obstacles!! Self doubt!! Elation!!) Jocelyn is an amazing coach. You and Doodle are so authentic. Thank you for making this content! ❤
Food = I will be there! This looked like a blast. One of my bucket list things to do is the Trans American Trail. After 3 years of absence from serious riding due to the pandemic, I feel so out of touch - I'd love to get back on my adv bike and feel half as confident as y'all seemed to be. Gotta take that course for myself. Thank you for getting out there and showing us it's not as difficult as it seems.
I wasn't even there, but I even picked things up and I don't ride off road (just yet, want to shred some tarmac first 🧡) Well done you two! And I am looking forward to see you two coming back and take everything on! Great job to Jocelin as well!
You went out and did the thing! That training compound looks so amazing. Doodle was so right that it's just like a playground but for bikes. That blindfolded drill would completely freak me out, but you conquered it. Excellent video and excellent job!
I absolutely loved this video! First time on this channel, honestly thought it was a doodle video at first and immediately was like this is different… I smiled wholeheartedly the entire video. I have never really wanted to do adventure biking until watching this video, you are so genuine, fun and inspiring.
awsome job Amanda. I have done most of the things you were training on but in the rain forest of Panama. That was 45 years ago and you did really well. Keep up the great work and videos. I am presently planning a trip from Washington dc to mt. Rushmore and Denver great job.
Can't beat good off-road training, and Jocelin is one of the best in the world. What a great way to learn! I was down at the Honda Adventure Experience a couple of weeks ago, doing vaguely similar stuff - nothing so interesting as the spear game though. How d'you like the DCT? D'you love it yet? 😀 I think I've reached that "You can pry my DCT bike from my cold dead hands" moment.
This is a great video and helpful to see how one's headspace is important to riding well. Thanks for showing that dimension as it's what I have to contend with whenever I'm working through a skills class.
What a great video, the challenges you mastered in this course were very intimidating but Jocylen was an amazing tutor, so supportive. It was a real pleasure watching you and Doddle mastering these heavy bikes on the challenging course....congratulations....
Loved this video and all it’s positivity. I am also a person who has anxiety and I really appreciate not feeling alone in my struggles. Thanks for showing your vulnerability and your story during this training session.
Such an inspiration. My GF and I are both getting started in adv and it's coming easier for me. We use your channel for inspiration to keep her going. Showing your struggles really helps her understand that's just part of it. Thank you! (Also cool edit on the clutch drill game)
You guys are so cool! I'm privileged I started at a dirt bike when I was 6, though a "few" years later I'm not so sure about my current off-road skills... Great video!
Was so much fun doing the class with you!!!
Thank you so much for inviting me and sharing your footage with me ❤️ 😁 I'm having a blast editing the footage from our short trip together next 😜
That Triumph is a nice looking bike.
As always Amanda, I respect you for showing your lows as well as your highs.
Thank you David!
Jocelin you are a great teacher and rider. So many guys are no where near as good as you.
I bet you guys had a blast - Jocelin is so awesome - even more so as a person....her spirit is rivaled by no one...glad you guys had fun!!!!
Awesome instruction. Y'all did well. It's not like those bikes are dirt bikes, they're adv bikes. Well done to both of you. Enjoy and safe travels.
Thank you Troy!

Ms Snow is a legend. Great video Amanda.

Yay!! 👏👏👏
3 talented ladies.. Nice vlog.. Thank you
This is one of the best videos I have ever seen!
Great video thank you very well done two of my favorite utubers settings such a great example 😀 thanks again cheers to ya.
Thanks Bruce!
Fantastic video ! Well done , showing how much there is to be learned from a professional coach. Looks like a lot of fun as well, thanks for bringing us along !

"Food = I will be there" - Great video Amanda. Wow, what an opportunity to get coaching from Jocelin. She's an amazing rider and a little ball of enthusiasm and energy.
Well hello, Epic Motorcycle Adventures! If it wasn't for Doodle and Jocelyn's videos, I would never have had the nerve to start learning to ride. 😊
I respect you a lot for doing this. It takes a lot of courage do be vulnerable with skills and learn in front of an audience. This is one of my favorite videos of all time, you and Doddle did awesome. Thanks Amanda and hope you have an amazing summer
Well Done - Such a great experience !
Love Jocelin, she is the best. So enthusiastic and helpful. You can't go wrong spending any time with her.

Snow -Knows !!! Epic
Fantastic video, Amanda! Thank you for shooting, composing, and sharing it! Training = better riders, safer riders, HAPPIER riders! 😀
Fantastic production Amanda, was fun to watch this. I listened to Jocelin Snow's sort of life story when she was interviewed on Adventure Rider Radio podcast years ago. Such a firecracker of determination.
"If there's ONE thing you take away from my class, it's remember to BREATHE!" -Jocelin
Yessssssss!!! 👏👏👏👏
Jocelyn is such a bad ass! Absolutely love her! Wish i could take her class and ride through that amazing land
Jocelin is a treat. That is so awesome that you got to train with her.
She is an incredible teacher, you'll have a fantastic time!
That’s great! Enjoy!
looking forward to your vid on this Kseniia
"Food - I'll be there" Having fun where ever you go and whatever you are doing. Good Job!
You folks looked like you were having fun. I'm sure it felt different at times but I couldn't tell. Thanks for taking me along.
Thanks so much Roy, I'm glad you enjoyed it
Well shit. That is some training right there. Holy crap. BLINDFOLDED!?! WOW.
Awesome to hear her reference a twist of the wrist. It's one of the first riding books I ever read.

I love that piece of “not performing what I think is my standard” 👌🙌🖤
Thanks lady ☺️❤️
That was amazing, we never stop learning. The teeter totter would have put me in a rage. That was way above my skill set. Whole other level, hats off Amanda and doodle. You girls rock! Hello from still snowy Northern Ontario Canada 🇨🇦 😀

You two adventure rider did a great job conquering all the different obstacle. Great video
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was so fun to watch! Looks like such an amazing time. 🎉
All of you ladies are amazing, and Jocelin is a Legend!!! So cool!
That! Was! Epic!!!!! Thanks for capturing your experience for us Amanda!!!
Great video! Just loved it! ❤
Thanks so much for the support!
Great job Amanda! Jocelin is so energetic and awesome! Thanks for Sharing! 👍🏻🍻🇺🇸❤
I’ve watched Jocelyn doing one of the BDR’s she certainly bosses that bike.
Both you and Doodle did amazing, fantastic training
Good student’s came from having a great and passionate teacher. 👏
Fun while learning, always cool. And yeah, food = I will be there.
Thanks 😊
Love that Jocelin does this, and cool to see your footage of the experience!

Very enjoyable to see the both of you improving your skills.

Yay! Thank you!
It was great watching both of you having fun on your bikes. I was smiling the whole video. I can't wait for your next video.
A-friggin-mazing! Excellent work Amanda. Great video too! 🎉
I have watched many of your videos but this was one of the best shows you have ever done!! Well done on the course. Great video. Thanks. !!

Great video. Jocelin Snow has been one of my favorite personalities on RUclips since I first saw her on the BDR videos.
This was awesome to see i love the heart of these strong women keep pushing for greatness
I hope you both go back for another round with Jocelyn.. It was fun to watch. I’m signed up for off road training near me. So psyched! Best!
Best thing I've seen on YT in a long long time. Well done!
@5:30 towing… awesome, first time seeing this.
Thank you.
Great vid Amanda! Kool to see the experts and learn from them. Keep up the great work! 😊
Looks like tremendous fun. This is getting added to my bucket list.
"Food = I will be there"

Yes! Food definitely correlates to attendance! Great job! Thanks for sharing that experience.
Thanks for watching!
I'd love to go to that training, she's right about having a positive thoughts
Love this! Well done ladies. Hoping to work with Jocelin in the future. My husband just got his license, I’ve been riding since 2008.
Wow, I'm stunned... This was one of the best videos I've ever seen here on RUclips (and I follow a lot of riders) Big thanks and well done Amanda!!
Glad you enjoyed it!
have watched doodles version and now yours, the two of you are such a delight!
You are so lucky, because for me Joceline is one of the best teachers I’ve ever seen!! Great video 😉👏
Great work, both of you! Makes me want to go out to that class and also restore my coach's certification!
This looks like an amazing experience! So cool you two trained together!! Great job riding and editing the footage. I was entranced watching!!! ❤️
Thanks so much!!
Ok. Next time you do a girl's trip you've got to let me know. That class looks amazing and I already told my husband I need it.
Good job Amanda!!!!
