Managed after a few attempts with Baron this run. Defo key is to survive initial wave and then control resource and towers. My set up was meat wagon, plague farmer, dark iron miner (for control of gold), skeleton party, footmen and harpies. Dumped footmen, farmer and then meat wagon, survived farily comfortably at the start. Then took left and right tower whilst mixing in dark iron to contest and get gold. Meat wagon, harpies and skeleton party were a good mix to get the boss down
I GOT HER!!! Thank you sooooo much! I ended up using a different army than you - due to my minis being different level than yours - but the theory was based off your suggestions and reasoning behind your choices. I used Hogger due to his AOE vs Raptors. This affected my army selection. Footman - same cost as Warsong grunts, but mine were Uncommon, and higher level, with the Stun Talent Bat riders Murloch Tidehunters - cheaper than Darkspear Troll so I could get them out faster, and they could attack 2 Raptors rather than one Quillboar Dark Miner - cheaper than Worgen, can help starve out gold or be used to distract Towers or Magi while other things kill them
.....finally beat it after clearing others absurdly rushing to the bosses and unlocking the flying leader that dismount the dragon......., with him lv7 was 'easy' pairing a bunch of aerial minis with Ogre Magi & sheep spell..... (my Gargoyle is super upgraded above others + speed trait and helps a lot to dominate turrets fast) 😌
Your opening hand is randomized. For campaign missions, it only happens once and is based on the army slots, so if you go and change the positions of the minis in your army, they come in the order of your choosing.
This is 3 in a row that just ain't working for me. I can't get my deck to line up quite like yours does. That first 9 gold spent seems deliberate. But even if I could the ai spawns an ogre mage with the left side push every time also. I can barely hold off the first 2 big pushes but not able to even think about making a push of my own. I tried using footmen instead of grunts but it doesn't really help the issue. That ogre mage that comes with the left side pack destroys w/e tank I put out there. And addressing him directly gets me killed by the raptors.
Nah, not yet, I cleared the rest of the marsh, but I am still struggling hard on this fight, it might be bugged, my hero seems to always be at the bottom of the rotation and that is just really painful. @@Hammerklaw1
I haven’t spent a single dime. Just level up your squads. Do dungeons, do PvP, do the archlight. Only the ones thirsty to get to the “finish line” will spend the cash on exp. 😂
If you are having trouble with your leader not apearing, drop a kobald after the bat rider, maybe it's just me but i seem to get leaders the pull after kobald. and you are only 1 gold behind this guide.
I have quite possibly the worst starting hand seed and the worst units she uses see... she drops an ogre mage off the bat at her left tower and it makes my defense get shredded unless i spend gold on either worgen or the tanky quilboar to stop it but then my right side has no defense to the other 3 raptors bc i had to spend the gold i wanted for that on my left... its insanely hard and idk how to beat it :(
I have the same team but it gives me different starting troops and I can't efficiently play them to counter in the way you did. Why is this game so inconsistent??
Change the positions of the troops in your army and your starting hand will change accordingly. It is randomized once for a mission and then the random seed remains the same.
Footmen are a fine option indeed! I used Grunts in this army because it is a Horde Army and I did not have Footmen at an appropriate level for this compared to Grunts getting the bonus level. But as I tell in the video, it is more about the role you are filling and finding the right Mini in your collection for that role than having to use one specific Mini.
I think this is the hardest one in Dustwallow and Jaina is actually the second-hardest there. For this one, it is hard to survive: if you live through the start you need to go for the towers to control the economy or you will still get overwhelmed later. For Jaina, it is hard to actually deal damage: Turn her away from damage dealers with unbounds or maybe even use a Fire Elemental to tank. Unbounds can also help to take the stone at the top. But she mostly spawns here minis close to her, so closing in can still be hard.
...Jaina I nearly killed with catapults......, but you need too much constant distraction & defense for them being unleveled... (getting all the possible gold didn't seemed enough)
I placed them just like O.G. . It took me a few tries . Start like in the video …1. Flying aoe-darkspeer- hellscream ( left side and make sure the arrow shows left ) and in my game spawns the ogre mage which I countered with quilboar tank . This should give you enough time to take over left tower and the game . Probably won’t work at the first time or second :) but this how I beat the boss like 10 min ago
Do you have a different guide cause this one is not worth a damn? As a matter of fact, every guide I have looked at has been straight garbage. What are yall A bunch of lay to win players
All of these guides are from a global launch f2p playthrough and showcase tested and proven strategies. If you are unable to succeed with any of them, the game might just be too hard for you.
Finally someone who shows you a way to do it without relaying on talents. Good man, now lets see the rest of the marsh its been a pain 😂

I have my minis in the same order you do. I don't get Batrider, Darkspear Troll, and Grommash, like you are, then I get overwhelmed.

Kiitos for the guides! Really on point!
Glad you think so!
Thanks, that worked for me, but definitely not at the first try. I literally beat the boss 1 second before the end of the countdown.

I found, Bloodhoof with, ghoul, spear troll, huntress, gryphon rider, chickens, and SAFE pilot works well. Lots of AOE and lots of control
the rotations of my army doesn't come out same as your even when setup same way. not sure what is different

its made for you in order to spend money like any other blizzard game
@@MotiveMeina1 People have beaten it without spending money so this argument is invalid
Curious if this was your first time clearing it in the video or have you don’t the fight previous to filming
You cannot redo campaign fights other than by creating a new account. This is not my first account though.
This didnt even slightly work for me, whatsoever.
Cause you're at the point of the game where they've roped you in but now you need to spend cash to overlevel the bosses
Nah, not yet, I cleared the rest of the marsh, but I am still struggling hard on this fight, it might be bugged, my hero seems to always be at the bottom of the rotation and that is just really painful.

This setup sucked balls BIGTIME
My hero doesn't come out until like the 9th choice...how did you get Grom on the 3rd??
The starting hand is randomized. The team is built to win regardless.
Still stuck and I'm not able to play Hellscream at the start like you are. What's going on?
If you are having trouble with your leader not apearing, drop a kobald after the bat rider, maybe it's just me but i seem to get leaders the pull after kobald. and you are only 1 gold behind this guide.
My arrows both point towards the middle lane….
Why is your map different?????
You can turn the arrows by tapping them.
Is your fight with him on normal? Why is his level 11?
Yes, this is the guide to the normal version.
Looks so simple :)

Do any of your minis have talents?
Grom has Savage Strikes, others have none. It is much easier with talents, of course.
@@OldGuardianThanks! The Bat rider seemed stronger than I thought, so I didn’t know if they had one. Good to know you can do it without any equipped.

wow, that's hard, didnt beat him yet
mmm no work ;the oponent deploy mini so close to tower and deploy ogremagi left -wolf and spear on right and all fast on same time
i got it first try with this and my base barely took any damage. trick seemed to be using bat rider behind the tank whenever possible
Does the order you place your minis affect the order you get them in the game?
Yes ist does and not one single RUclipsr of all I watched so far has told the viewers this very important info . Kinda strange hmmm
