We saw it with Ponting's greats a few years back, and for the past few years this Australian women's team find themselves in the situation whereby they have the talent and the confidence to get themselves out of most tight spots. If the batting line-up "fails" and they walk away with fewer runs than they may have liked, the bowlers pick up the slack with able support from the field. Brava!
