They have the info of the product that was bought. The card info that bought it (if it was with card). So all you’d need is your same card, and then your personal ID so they know that the card is yours.

Honey I work at Ulta and you don't need a receipt to return things as long as you use your rewards account by giving your phone number at checkout. As long as it's within 60 days of purchase, you are able to return

At ulta if you are part of their rewards program you don’t need a receipt to return. You just give them your phone number and they can look up your purchase by that.
