damn, now that was an epic song you covered. I have this game. though I haven't completed it, I love it. I actually got to meet this voice of big the cat who voiced duke nukem. he said he hated voicing big. I just though he was funny doing that role. met him at rofcon this year. was suspose to do something else that saturday night and got offered to play cards against humanity with him, even got drunk but lucky enough I lived close by, he drove me home. still awesome anyways. this was one of my favorite zones in sonic heroes oddly enough, then again, when it comes to me and liking a song, gotta have a good musical part to it, any instrument, gotta love those upbeat parts
Hey, thanks for the feedback, man! When doing covers though, I like to play the song my own way and add my own touches to the arrangement, such as the church bells during the chorus. If you're looking for strict covers that stick entirely to the original, this probably isn't the place to look haha. Thanks for watching!
I don't know much of his work outside of Sonic video games, so I can't be a good judge of that, though as you can tell, I love his work on Sonic games xD
Cool. He doesn't do much other than the sonic series, although he was in a few rock bands that never made it. The reason I asked is because you do really well at taking his songs and adding to them, that and you do a lot of covers of his songs. Jun is my personal favorite guitarist.
I love this one :D your sound is really good, with the bells etc... But I think you missed some Hammer On/ Pull Off from the original song at 0:15 part
Awesome! I love your version of this music. ^ ^ Your dance was a bit funny too. Also ignore the dislike, my mouse pad gets slippy, or glitchy at times.
Jonathan, I really like your expression! I would like to ask you 3 questions. 1. How long did it take for you to record and edit the video clip? 2. What's your favorite version of Sonic and why? 3. When did you started to play the Sonic game?
I think the music of most of the Sonic games is very respectable if nothing else. At least lately they seem to be getting more on track in other respects.
Haha, it was certainly a different take on Sonic games, I really liked the whole team thing to a certain extent, but I definitely respect why people disliked it haha.
Haha I was just pointing that out, I've been watching your cover for a long time and I know that they're not 100% accurate, that's better to do it your own way ( I personally do like that to so ) Adding your personal touch is better ^^
Thank you! I use tunes of famous video games to speed up 100 coin missions in my new lets plays and I love Sonic Hero's Soundtrack, so everything works well.
That bass line was awesome
Thanks a lot :)
Best rendition of Ocean Palace ever, not a soul has even dared to cover it. I can't imagine somebody trying to do a better job.

Agreed, my friend!
Whoah, it's been a while since I heard this song. Good job dude!
It feels strange to hear your covers without downloading them instantly but it's good to see you have new material to show your skills.
This is a reminder about Sonic Generations, similarly to Seaside Hill.
And of those memes where Shadow makes ligma jokes
@@jonathanparecki Hope that Seaside Hill's theme has its instrumental parts shown in multiple screens.
@@lemueltan1497 Oh! I thought this was one of those comments reminding the general public about the game / song and not one to me for the cover lol
Great job man!
Ladies and djents, mp3 and wav download links are now in the description. Happy listening, sgt fgts!

Tails: Whoaaa! My heads spinning!
Me: Same here, Tails. Same here.

Sonic:A sea palace
Tails:Looks like Eggman's robots are here too.
Knuckles:I'm ready to take them out!
Ah the memories
I did the one from Gale of Darkness a while back, look through my older covers and you should find it :)
Thanks man!
No plans for in the near future, but check out TheDelRe's cover of it, it's the best!
I love this one :D your sound is really good, with the bells etc...
But I think you missed some Hammer On/ Pull Off from the original song at 0:15 part
I only just found this, but it's FANTASTIC!
Thanks so much!
Oh wow, I wasn't even aware of that!
Nice cover! Well Done! What about playing Seaside Hill from Sonic Heroes, too? I'm sure you would do an awesome work with that!
Awesome! I love your version of this music. ^ ^ Your dance was a bit funny too. Also ignore the dislike, my mouse pad gets slippy, or glitchy at times.

:) sounds great! Sonic Dash uses Ocean Palace and Seaside Hill combined I just realized :)
Haha, sorry friend, I thought I'd left everything filled out and scheduled to upload by itself, but I came back from orientation realizing otherwise!
Thanks, Chrono! That was a fun one :)

Are you a fan of Jun Senoue or just the Sonic video games in general?
If you're trying to get with me, you're gonna have to buy me a drink first.
I love you so much.

I love the music of this game, especially Lost Jungle, Grand Metropolis and Bullet Station.
The composer, Jun Senoue is one of my inspirations! He's a great guitarist, too :D
Great inspiration! I love his compositions. Ah, and obviously, Crush 40. haha
Yesss, he's done an album called "The Works" too, under the name Jun Senoue. Some really nice stuff there :)
I knew you felt that way bby
Can anyone tell me what tuning this is?
7 string standard tuning for guitar, 5 string standard tuning for bass
I play it on Standard tuning D major on guitar.
Sonic: A Sea Palace!
Tails: Looks like Eggman’s Robots are here too!
Knuckles: I’m ready to take them down with my ROCK N’ ROLL GUITAR!
My favorite quote from Sonic Heroes
