No, I did the red signal glitch. If you drive the train through a red signal you get the pop up. As soon as that message appears, pause and save the game as quickly as you can. Then when it kicks you back to the main menu, go to your saved game and you are able to drive a train through any red signal, and you can also crash the train as well
