The BAD NEWS is this squad has 50 players with 50 different personalities and all would want first team time. The GOOD NEWS is competition within your squad is ALWAYS going to bring the BEST version of your players. Then there is the fact that realistically it is going to take 3 to 4 years to really evaluate what we have. However, the great thing about all the signings the club have made were done on the cheap as opposed to the past where they been astronomical contracts. So if one of their signings doesn't work out, the club can transfer them out and at the lowest they will at least get what they payed for the player. VERY SMART BUSINESS!!!
