After the market was down ~10% at the low the media finally started the freakout phase to get people to sell before institutional investors ran the market up. Now that it's more than halfway back and at key levels ahead of important week (DNC, Jackson Hole, important technical levels after being overbought short term) and after massive gains for 2 weeks the same media is telling you to buy.
It is now in bull 1; long way to go

which company(s) have 99x PE? for high growth companies, we judge them by their forward PE. Most early to mid stage software companies trade between 50x and 150x (Service Now, Snowflake, etc)

All it take is for the customer who are at this point living pay check to pay to get to the point where they can no longer paid their bills, most are running on fumes now. Credit card debt at all time high, people using their saving to make ends meet. Once they start defaulting on debt, the results will not be pretty.

Before you buy more like you say you better have that cash available and if you have it all tied up in stock, that going to be hard to do. That why I take profit out and keep cash on hand at all times. Then the thing is those dollar are worth less and less when inflation is high and when to much money is put into the system. Bigger supply of dollar the less they buy.
