      Hi Indigo,
      Good to hear from you. I never tried freezing the apple once cooked. I don't think it tastes great after thawing. It also becomes lumpy.
      Since it's an instant 5 minutes recipe I would recommend making it fresh 😀

    Is cinnamon good for 11 months old

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter 4 месяца назад

      Yes.. it enhances the taste.
      Babies can absolutely enjoy cinnamon in small amounts after about six months of age, which is when experts recommend introducing solid foods. Spicing up your child's first foods may help them develop a more accepting palate that makes mealtimes easier.
      Hope it helps 🙂

    kya murmura khane se bacchon ko mucus nhi hota ?

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter 2 года назад

      Hi Jaleel,
      Murmura khane se mucus kyu hoga. Aisa kisne bola aapko? Murmura simple rice (puffed rice) hota hai. Murmura bahut light aur easy to digest hota hai. Baccho ke liye bilkul safe aur healthy option hai.
      Murmura khane se mucus nahi hota hai 😊

    Hii mam puff rice 9 month baby aese kha skta hai bina mash kre ?

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter 2 года назад +1

      Haan aap de sakti hai... Baby ke gums bahut strong hote hai.. aur rice puff mouth ke andar ja kar soft ho jata hai.. agar aapka baby achche se swallow karne laga hai toh aap aaram se de sakti hai. Meri daughter 10 moths me murmura ka laddu kha leti thi. I would suggest give it a try ☺️

    Y salt is not given to babies wats the reason behind this

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter Год назад

      Salt and sugar is not recommend to babies under 1 because their kidney is not fully developed and it simply cannot filter the same and it can be harmful for the kidney.
      Once the baby turns one you can start with small quantity (as low as possible is the best)
      Also as we all know that too much salt is harmful even for adults. We shouldn't eat salt in high quantity and it should be consume in recommended daily intake.
      Hope it helps

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter 2 года назад

      Hi Pooja,
      Good to hear from you.
      It's ok. Sometimes babies don't like the taste and texture of a certain food or even it is the possibility that may be your daughter have some digestive issues.
      Don't force your child. Wait for a few days and try again.
      Also, it is recommended to introduce eggs to babies once they turned 1 year old.
      You can try other recipes from the channel for your little one. I am sure she will like it.

    Sorry but ...fruits should not be cooked...Cooking destroys all the nutrients. My baby's paediatrician advised me this.

    • @LittleOnesPlatter
      @LittleOnesPlatter Год назад +6

      Hello Shweta,
      Each to their own.. however, we prepare baby puree by cooking fruits and vegetables. Around the world, apple puree is made from boiled or steamed apples.
      This recipe is suitable for babies under 1 year old. The recipe is appropriate for babies whose teeth haven't fully developed so they can bite and chew. Depending on your preference, you can serve in any way you like. Also these recipes are snacks recipes. Generally little ones get bored having simple apple most of the time hence the variety.
      Cooking vegetables also destroys nutrients as per some but I prefer to cook my vegetables. Feel free to make as you like.
      Hope it helps 🙂
