bts was so mistreated by their old staff. i’m so glad they hired new people who genuinely care for them. bighit is a family. (i know their are still many problems in bighit just like every company, but the improvements that have been made are very much appreciated)

Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed that we have to have bodyguards for this kind of stuff. Like, I understand you want pictures, and whatever, but you could probably ask politely, or go to a fan meet/concert and get one. We need to learn basic personal space, and respect. Especially for people who work so hard, and infire so many people.

I am not 100% sure but I know he is one of their managers! Jimin & other members did greet him with smile before in one of their Seoul airport departure video footages!

Thanks to all the bodyguards and the staff members our boys are protected. I just developed a HUGE respect for all of them and I'm impressed of that Hong Kong security, it was an awesome teamwork. Now there are also many ARMYs who protect BTS at the airport and I'm proud of them...
