You are either ignorant or dishonest! The health sector has long been in a deplorable state under BOTH PNP and JLP......I know of persons who had to take chairs from their homes for their patients to sleep on at the Cornwall Regional hospital from waty back in 2000!

Please be reminded that the previous health minister Dr Fenton Ferguson had to resign due to the circumstances of countless cases of scandal in the health care system which involved the dead babies scandal. There was a health crisis. I went to Spanish Town Hospital and I used the elevator and the system was efficient due to digital data. The hospital also was recently upgraded to do more services. It is very close to a type A hospital now. Time come for what? To go back to the old inefficient hospital system?
