1st - 100tb ssd will cost you around 40 lakhs
2nd - Write speed of that SSD would be around 300-450 MBPS while the server made by HDD transferred the 3 GB file in 3 secs so 3 GBPS
3rd - SSD has low P/E cycles so it will wear faster under more stress, basically more chances of failure.

Yes but sometimes that's harmful as he conveys miss information while trying to simplify it. Like he said you can't get the similar hard drives in India which is false. Hard drives are not special or that fast, it's the qnap system using SSD and HDD to achieve that seamlessly.

Hey, That's a nice NAS setup you have there. But for 14 thousand US dollars you could have gone with a better OS than QNAP. I personally use Unraid As my NAS OS of choice and have 400 TB in my 45 Bay server case and a separate backup for 300 TB. All around good choice for using it in India but the choice of QNAP makes it locked to their enviornment.

Nice video, however you could have built a nas yourself for a 3rd of the cost and used Truenas or Unraid as the OS. Using a bigger server case would have given you expandability as well. Fore production purposes, 144 TB won't last that long considering large file sizes as recording resolution keeps increasing.
