Fruit based high raw person here. This is wonderful what you all are doing there in Ecuador. I very much am interested in something like this. I have the funds. And motivation. This has been a dream of mine for 13 years and need to make it happen. However I am a music producer/DJ/collector and with that kind of thing I need freedom to play whenever I am in the mood (during daytime hours), and without insulated houses, I don't know how a setup would work with neighbors so close as far as them hearing and being annoyed. Thank you!

I remember a few years back Kevin made a video Touring fruit haven. He made a comment about the water (the flows under one of the big bridges that take you to one of the properties) saying not to swim in it because it gets dumped in and the copper mines dump in it or something. I'm just wondering about the quality of water the flows around he fruit haven properties and if there's been any changes to how these companies been dumping into the water ways there in Ecuador.
He was talking about the big river, Rio Zamora. Nobody swims in that anyways because it's dangerously fast and has undercurrents. Someone dies in that river around here at least once per year. Usually due to stupidity.
It's not super contaminated but yes the copper mine and gold mine upriver are dumping some things in there.
Our springs and streams are very pure because there is nothing uphill from us except jungle, most of which is owned by us or part of the indigenous reserve.
I would love to purchase that property. It's perfect! However, it's not within reach right now... But I still plan on moving there in the future.
