Cutting and welding aluminium radiator to fit my V8 Volvo 242GT

This is a BA Falcon ebay radiator (204AUD) which I am modifying to suit Volvo 242. It needs to be made narrower to fit between the chassis rails. Should provide sufficient cooling in any weather.

This was an interesting video, I have not really dabbled in this sort of thing a lot, but was always under the impression that radiators were a tricky thing, Always thought you had to have the one that fitted from the O.E.M or had to have them custom built, you made it look so simple to modify !!

Will you be disclosing the total cost of this project?

Yes I will. I have kept a sheet with all the donor car and parts cost. At the moment it is 5300 (I sold rest of the donor car)
