2022. The new era of F1 and NASCAR begins now.
NASCAR is trying to win back fans. This was clear in 2021 with the introduction of more road courses and Bristol dirt and other measures. I watched more races last year than I had since 2003. I will try once again to get re-interested in this sport.
Nascar fan over 50 years. Don't care how many lug nuts. New cars seem cool. Time Will tell.

Finally!Last couple years they’ve had to cancel it mid-way and push it back to the next day,can’t wait to watch the non-stop Daytona 500 (:

What was wrong with the old car? If it's not broken, don't fix it.
they make a new car like every 9-10 years
The old car was far too aero dependent and more often than not produced awful racing regardless of aero/horsepower configuration. In addition, the new car is supposed to save teams a lot more money and add more parity to the races.
@@Buynot Back in the day, it was a battle between the big three. Win on Sunday, sell on Monday. It was the best of times for stock car racing. Watching a race now, is like watching a computer game. It's allover.
