@@pi_dev 20lbs-30lbs of pure muscle is what a lot of people with average genetics build in the span of 5 to 10 years. Very unlikely you will gain that much by the end of high school unless you have Ronnie Coleman tier genetics, are on gear, or are a lot fatter than you think you are. Don't do a turbo bulk and get fat to get that 20lbs-30lbs in a year either. I made that mistake myself and I regret it when I had to diet aggressively for 16 weeks to get it off. Just eat in a 200 to 500 calorie surplus with high protein and train and you will get what you get. Focus on the process not the end result.
Love this video. I think 2 sets is goated myself. I’ve dialed my training back to 2 sets to start the year. I think a lot of times that 3rd set isn’t worth it. Not that it’s necessarily bad either but I’d rather do 2 hard sets with ample rest time and get my workout done in 45-60 minutes.

I got a bursitis and impingement in my shoulder so muscle building has been seriously impacted since the summer for me. hoping dead hangs can fix it in 2025.

this video will help me for sure but i have to say i struggle really hard in terms of diet since my appetite is small and so far i am doing okay with eating atleast 4 solid meals and one shake but its difficult since i am basically throwing things in
I think Peter is one of the best solid inflencers in the game. Old school methodology and he has the results to show mass vs lean versions of physique. Anyone that would look for a coach would really be served well investing in his program. Ive watched his content for years.
I tried your 5-day Mass gaining program it doesn't work it's too much and you can't recover for the next workout. CNS fatigue . But like a crazy person I continued for 6 months waiting for results

That was me the last 4 years or so. Just training with the same weight and only increasing reps and sets. I can tell you the inefficiency is embarrassing.
