You mentioned about how China is safe, which seems to be my impression as well, since you can walk late at night and there will likely be big crowds. Another factor is I see kids who must still be in primary school walking by themselves at times, which over in Australia, we will consider unsafe. But how safe is your home country of Canada? I always had the impression it was safe.
Canada is just generally safer than the US. Being safer than the US doesn't by any measure mean it's safe. Go to Chinatown in Vancouver, and you'll really fear for your safety.

Hi Gwello, new subscriber and fan, my teachers pension (aged 64 male) is 1100 GBP a month (about 1300 USD monthly aged 64 British). I don't own any property, I have no savings and I live in Bangkok. Gweilo 60, Anyway, back to these turds will be my new tag line...haha.
I noticed you felt discrimination first time in China. Believe me, this kind of situation for all foreigners will go away soon
I think it is not discrimination, more like the fear of the COVID-19 because most of new COVID-19 cases are imported.
Amazing content. keep it up !
Your vlogs are pretty interesting
if im the security and see you wear the mask like that, i wont let you in either no matter what documentation you have.
Junn Kit Wong I agree, but he probably doesn’t read the comments because this is not the first time he is told to wear his mask correctly.
SmartStoneSystems yes very double. I just went to the wet market with mask, there were some locals without mask, but 100% sure if I would not wear a mask there would be trouble. Haha.
The professor Zhongnanshan said that face masks are not necessary when you are in an open area like this park.
Daryl Ma I agree, but it’s a habit to wear masks in china. For sure as foreigner is better to wear one in this time.
It’s okay when you’re in an open area such as this park
Do you get find for not wearing a facemask like now?

K M Haha good catch! I am gonna fix it. Oh you will have to fix it too ;).
K M I see, then I guess you are Chinese ;).

Even if the corona crisis is over, the collapsed economy and warmongering will continue.
I am jealous..
good place for the elderly to retire
Well, I think we need to anwser when you're selling a (political) system to someone, are you thinking this will make good for him/her? or just make yourself feeling better?
I wish I can live like u after retire. The only concern is how to handle medical situation without state provided insurance in China.
China‘s social insurance is very cheap. Even you don't have insurance, medical cost in China is still cheap.
I am a college student in China. The medical insurance is 250 yuan per year. It's about $36. Because China is a developing country and there are many public hospitals, the medical cost is lower than that of developed countries.
Ernst Stadnikov can retired foreigners buy and insure these medical insurance?
