T5L Enhanced Tutorial #37: Show Clock/Real-Time in the Display?

Most engineers wanna to show real-time/clock in the display. However, sometimes the display model no.at your hand may not be with such hardware support. Or still confused about how to set.

1)Check PCBA board for the T5L display, clarify if it's with battery.
2)Adopt different OS kernel under different PCBA board situation.
