90s template test (special thanks to @consul_tno)

well there goes another template from me and consul, eho helped with teh realisation. Some wouldn't say tagt this template is useless because TotA-s one exists, and.... probably yes, but I made it anyway. Maybe I will make something interesting with it in future. Also the trmplaet is kinda raw, have that in mind.
