I maybe in Kliened to get one, will it sit on copper tube / pipe 1/2" in diameter, I know the magnet is not attracted to copper, I have heard that the plastic screen scratches very easily., and they would like a better screen.
I quiet like water levels fopr long distant level jobs, gutters etc.

Mine have different readings top vs bottom side. Not sure if it’s only meant to be used magnets side
