FIRST 5 Santa Clara County continues to work together with local partners and funders including African American Community Service Agency Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, SupplyBank.Org, City of San José, Franklin-McKinley School District Elementary School, Alum Rock Union Elementary School District, and the Santa Clara County Office of Education to ensure young children are healthy and safe.
