GRASSMEN - New Holland T6.160 Meets the Dyno

We decided over the cold, wet winter months we should get a dyno out and test our own machines as well as a variety of others.
All of these machines feature in either a DVD of ours, or on our online streaming service 'GRASSMENTV'

is it chiped? and what gearbox is inside? this power is not possible with the maximum power without boost of 140hp :D

the german DLG testet a maximum power of 137hp on the shaft WITH BOOST. without boost the maximum was 119hp. so I can't believe this :D

Have you got a new model T5 to test because I'd be very interested to see what they actually are?
I drive a 2016 T5.110 and it is extremely gutless sadly.

I agree, I drive a T5.95 and a T5.115 and i really don't like them, the older models that we have (TL90A and T5050) are much better than the new ones

Bram Jacobs Well we also have 4 2014 T5.115's and they are even worse in my opinion. When this 2016 T5 arrived I took it out and gave it some really hard work for the first 100 hours to try and help it have some power but it still falls off the cliff as soon as you give it any weight to pull of if you hit a small hill haha 😂

RustySkull Productions I have T5.120 when it was new at the dealer they dynoed it at 102hp on the 540rpm shaft.

There you go, I expect the 115's and 110's are around 70-80hp.

Amund Groven no I needs to drive at least 0.5km an hour to activate the boost, standing still in has to get 130hp

When carrying out a dyno test you should be able to activate the boost to test it properly. Might only be able to do it at a main dealer though...

Amund Groven Boost was activated. The figures on the bonnets are not PTO power. but engine power.

Indeed this is engine power not PTO power. Count all the losses in hydraulics, transmission, electronics and you can loose easely 10-15%
