True and I feel like Day6 is like destined and every one of them are like pieces of puzzle coz when you think bout it, like Bob we know right. Then Jae was like when he came, they became a band like they were waiting for him and then Wonpil’s dream is to be in JYP only and he didn’t really learn piano properly but his parents are piano teacher like the heaven is saying he will be the pianist whatever happens coz he hot genes, parents who are pianist and a school so whatever he does I’m sure piano will be part of his life even if he doesn’t like it. And like YoungK’s dad’s words about JYP and how he is in Canada and JYP came there it’s like ok you can’t go here so we will go there just for u . Like fate made the global audition in Canada just for YoungK to audition. And Wonpil being called pencil (his nickname) and Sungjin borrowing pen during the audition, mind you Wonpil was in a rush to go back to school and they met each other with YoungK. And then they are already a group and suddenly the management team suddenly turn them to a rockish band and looked for a drummer. Dowoon was the example of the born for this expression like he just need to appear to audition he even sang a lullaby i think and got in. I think he was the shortest among trainees like 6mos i think. So if u think about it, Day6 was made for Dowoon kinda like they were prepared to make Dowoon a drummer and artist hahahaha. So yeah I think like they were meant to be like everyone of them. Brian auditioned because there was a pop-up audition ad randomly appeared on his computer. For the first time in my life I am grateful that pop-up ads exist.
Brian's dad has full trust in JYP. He was super cool if Brian joined JYPE as trainee. He retired immediately after Brian signed contract with JYPE. A super cool dad!

@@wingkienusanti557 Young K lived in Canada for 5 years, so yeah, his accent is Canadian but he said he's still not entirely confident in his English skills because he doesn't live in an enviroment that requires him to speak English on a regular basis, so his english gets a bit rusty if he doesn't speak too often.
Eric: ditched JYP because he had midterm exams Also Eric: got an A in Microeconomics for first exam, finished freshman year with a 3.9 But also Eric: I'm not good with school and studying stuff. one of the reasons why I have trust issues
I guess he means that even though he worked hard(maybe because of the way he was brought up), he never liked studying. I kinda feel what he says, because I finished school with GPA 4 in every class, but never was interesred in any of them🤷♀️
If there’s one jyp artist who’s very proud to be in the company and very happy about it, that would be Youngk. The man just has endless praises for the producer JYPark and the company JYPE.

Last year, Twice's Jeongyeon shared in her solo vlive that "Brian" was really good at everything he does, that she was happy to have been seated next to him in a certain language exam. If my memory serves me right, there were speaking and writing tests in that exam. She copied from him but she still failed. 😂

Jeongyeon happened to sit close to Young K ("Brian"), and she thought that he was genius at everything, so for questions she didn't know, she listened to him making the responses first and then tried to copy what he said lol she didn't mention a writing portion though

Then Jaebeom tried to help and ended up arguing with mark too. And bc mark is from LA (and hes of taiwanese descent), there was a language barrier. So Young K who knows english and korean had to be the middle man and translate for all parties. In the Vlive, Jinyoung and JB were just laughing thinking back on it bc it was funny to see everybody mad and yelling and then Young K being the calm one going back and forth to translate lol. Hope that makes sense!

I loved YoungK's story about him perfecting the back flip and how valuable that experience is to him despite it being useless for his actual debut. I also had the same experience with my board exam. I really believed that it was impossible for me to pass it and get licensed for my profession but I just did what I had to do. And actually it was the fear of failing and going through that same experience twice which was what kept me disciplined to not give up. You know like, let's just finish this shit in one try. So when I passed, I had so many realizations about not giving up. And as cliche as it sounds, I truly believed that I can do *anything* if I absolutely wanted it; I just had to be ready to exert full effort, time and focus whatever comes my way. I enjoyed this episode! Thank you so much! 👍❤
I’ve watched this quite a lot of times but it never fails to make me laugh. Even though I know the answers to the questions, it still is funny. I believe that the way youngk tell his stories is really fun and entertaining. He answers the question with a lot of side stories rather than simply answering it. In that way, he builds up the story thus making it entertaining. It also adds that he has a lot of misadventures in life thus making his stories funnier. Also, his perspective in life amazes me( the lesson he learned from that backflip story). It would be nice if he would have his own podcast sharing more of his stories and what he learned from those experiences.Or a podcast discussing music production since I’ve learned a lot from his KPDB takeover episode. Also, thank you dive studios for this. I really enjoyed this episode.

I stopped listening to any JYP groups when the 2nd gen lineup was about to phase out and only focused on SM artists. Only recently(2021) I saw Taeyeon dancing to Dalla Dalla and it introduced me to ITZY and since I was already playing SuperStar SMTOWN and wanted to know more about ITZY’s songs I started playing SuperStar JYPN and there I learned about DAY6 because of their beautiful eargasmic songs. Last kpop band I got into was CN BLUE and FTISLAND but never expected to follow a band group like DAY6. I guess it was Destiny.

@@esverker7018 They've always said that Youngk was just great at all the lessons back in their trainee days. Last year, Twice's Jeongyeon shared in her solo vlive that "Brian" was really good at everything he does, that she was happy to have been seated next to him in a certain language exam. If my memory serves me right, there were speaking and writing tests in that exam. She copied from him but she still failed. 😂
@@veeveegem Yup lol It was a Chinese oral exam that they all had to take as trainees, and they had to record themselves making responses to questions and such. Jeongyeon happened to sit close to Young K ("Brian"), and she thought that he was genius at everything, so for questions she didn't know, she listened to him making the responses first and then tried to copy what he said lol she didn't mention a writing portion though

@@arlindaerariahemasari8264 I watched it a long time ago in GOT7''s jinyoung and jaebeom's vlive but basically mark got into it with hiu, BAP youngjae tried to help but ended up getting into it with mark too. Then Jaebeom tried to help and ended up arguing with mark too. And bc mark is from LA (and hes of taiwanese descent), there was a language barrier. So Young K who knows english and korean had to be the middle man and translate for all parties. In the Vlive, Jinyoung and JB were just laughing thinking back on it bc it was funny to see everybody mad and yelling and then Young K being the calm one going back and forth to translate lol. Hope that makes sense!

I loved YoungK's story about him perfecting the back flip and how valuable that experience is to him despite it being useless for his actual debut. I also had the same experience with my board exam. I really believed that it was impossible for me to pass it and get licensed for my profession but I just did what I had to do. And actually it was the fear of failing and going through that same experience twice which was what kept me disciplined to not give up. You know like, let's just finish this shit in one try. So when I passed, I had so many realizations about not giving up. And as cliche as it sounds, I truly believed that I can do *anything* if I absolutely wanted it; I just had to be ready to exert full effort, time and focus whatever comes my way.

I’ve watched this quite a lot of times but it never fails to make me laugh. Even though I know the answers to the questions, it still is funny. I believe that the way youngk tell his stories is really fun and entertaining. He answers the question with a lot of side stories rather than simply answering it. In that way, he builds up the story thus making it entertaining. It also adds that he has a lot of misadventures in life thus making his stories funnier. Also, his perspective in life amazes me( the lesson he learned from that backflip story). It would be nice if he would have his own podcast sharing more of his stories and what he learned from those experiences.Or a podcast discussing music production since I’ve learned a lot from his KPDB takeover episode. Also, thank you dive studios for this. I really enjoyed this episode.

I stopped listening to any JYP groups when the 2nd gen lineup was about to phase out and only focused on SM artists. Only recently(2021) I saw Taeyeon dancing to Dalla Dalla and it introduced me to ITZY and since I was already playing SuperStar SMTOWN and wanted to know more about ITZY’s songs I started playing SuperStar JYPN and there I learned about DAY6 because of their beautiful eargasmic songs. Last kpop band I got into was CN BLUE and FTISLAND but never expected to follow a band group like DAY6. I guess it was Destiny.
