The bags are great. It rained on us for the last 2 hours and everything was dry. Everyone in my group has your gear front bags and 13 liter seat bag. We did break one clip on the seat bag when tightening it. My buddy already returned it no problem. Clips could be stronger. But overall the bags do very well. Leave on the Via de Plata to Santiago Spain on the first of April for 1200 km ride. Will be the real test.
@@hsmythi 14 days 1170 km on the bike on the Via de Plata to Santiago Spain. I ended up buying your 25 liter bag for a rack on the back. So I used your front bags on the handle bars and the painter on the back. Worked great. I had to put a ball on the headset of my bike because the bike has a low profile front and the bag rubbed on the tire but it worked out perfectly with the ball. The painter for long multiple trips works out better easier than the 13 liter bag for the seat. Both my friends had your 13 liter system and I was always ready to ride before them. In my opinion and theirs the 13 liter is for shorter trips. Also easier to grab gear as you need it with the painter. I only used one painter on the bike and it didn't seem to affect it at all. One problem we did have is a seam came apart on the front bag and my friend is returning the bag. Not sure yet how the return went yet. We also ran into some Italians who were using your bags and seemed happy with the performance. Overall I was happy with the bags.
I bought it for my Bikepacking trips with my gravel bike. I had to find out that the bags are to big so they start grinding on the wheel. If you consider buying the make sure you have enough clearance
It looks like you have little straps that go with a small bag that definitely were included with my purchase. So I'm confused how to attach the small bag by itself
@@rhinowalk good evening I bought my bag in a sale and do not have them too , can you tell my what they are called so I can search for some please. Thanks
Making my first over night trip now. Thanks for the video.
And how did the bag behave?

Thanks, I was looking for that. What kind of gravel bike do you have?
No grinding on my old 26" MTB. The second set of straps (nylon ones) pull the larger bag up higher as well.
Why the background all black... Huh
It’s not clear to me how the 4 litre bag attaches to the front of the 8 litre bag. Where do the straps go?
The 8l bag has additiona mointing straps

Same trouble 😢
Just received mine and I do not have any of those “gray spacers” in my bag. Are they necessary . . .not sure I have all the straps either.
Hi, Robert, please contact the customer service at the marketplace you bought it. They will help you to sort it out.

Hi, Dean, this is Bingo from Rhinowalk. Which parts puzzles you? It’s pretty straight forward.
@@rhinowalk no its not, I agree with Dean. you could have made this so much easier to understand. black background doesnt help
